There was no where to call and get TRAINED leasing help in a pinch, and calling just a local temp service didn't offer much help....it took too much time to train them and too much risk involved with them not having any Fair Housing education. There was no one in St.Louis to readily provide great leasing training and booster seminars, only pricey national speakers that were here once a year (maybe) and nada on finding a company that understood and could help with the leasing and marketing challenges in the apartment biz here in St. Louis.  So, after years of providing these services as an independent contractor, the need was obvious to launch a full service company to provide these unique solutions to area properties.  And viola!!  Apartment Leasing Solutions was born.
